    • Dishwasher-safe: top rack of a domestic dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 60 °C / 140 °F
    • Suitable for freezing: freeze in advance, then leave to defrost for at least 30 minutes before use
    • Always check the food temperature before feeding baby
    • Sterilise before first use by immersing the product in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes
    • After each use: hand wash in warm soapy water, or immerse in a bowl of freshly boiled water for 5 minutes -- do not place directly in a pan
