You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item(s) you wish.
Returning your items is simple! Just follow the steps below:

Pack the item(s) securely in a closed parcel for safe transport.

Each parcel includes a delivery note listing your items. To return any items, please fill in this form with the quantity and reason code, then include it inside your parcel. Please note: we cannot process returns without this delivery note.

Attach the Evri return label provided with your order on the outside of the parcel in a clearly visible position.

Drop off at your chosen Evri ParcelShop.

If you wish to return a bulky item, please contact our Customer Service team on 02076 603 562, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (excluding bank holidays).
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (blister pack). Personalised items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items in ours warehouses and will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase. If you paid for your purchases via PayPal, your refund will be made to your PayPal account.
If you chose to pay in 3 interest-free instalments through our partner Klarna, your final instalment will be recalculated accordingly.
