1 How can I return unsuitable items and is it free?
We want to make shopping with Vertbaudet hassle-free so we provide a FREE returns service through EVRi ParcelShops. Items can be returned within a 30 day period after purchasing.
You can go to any EVRi ParcelShops across the United Kingdom.
EVRi ParcelShops are open 7 days a week, from early morning to late at night and they are easy and convenient. Simply attach the EVRi ParcelShops returns address label to your parcel and take it to any shop. Find your nearest shop.
Each parcel contains a delivery form listing the items enclosed within the parcel. If you wish to return any items just fill in the form included in your parcel stating the quantity to return – without the delivery note we will not be able to process your return.
When you drop off your return package at an EVRi parcel shop, please ask for proof of delivery and keep it until you have been refunded.
Please note that the following products cannot be returned:
- Personalised items
- Worn items
- Unclean items
- Mismatched items
- Items not bought from Vertbaudet
Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original individual packaging using EVRi ParcelShops.
Once we receive your items, we will refund you using the payment method that you used to place your order. The standard delivery charge you paid (if any) will not be refunded.
We cannot issue refunds or return goods for items that didn’t get returned to an EVRi ParcelShop. We might give them to charity.
3 How long do I have to return an item?
You may return your parcel to any EVRi ParcelShop free of charge within 30 days after your order was placed. .
4 Can I exchange an item?
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. However, you can reorder any desired item(s).
5 Can I return gifted items bought at vertbaudet.co.uk?
Yes, you can return gifted items (using any EVRi ParcelShops) as long as the parcel contains the delivery form mentioning the number of item(s) to return, the original packaging(s) and the unsuitable item(s). We will not be able to process your refund without these.
Please note that Vertbaudet cannot accept returns of personalised, worn, dirty, mismatched, or unclean items.

6 Can I return underwear, swimsuits or facemasks?
We accept returns of unused underwear, swimsuits, and face masks. However, we will not be able to refund you if an item is personalised, worn, or unclean when returned.
7 I do not have a return slip; can I make a return?
Returns cannot be processed without a delivery form. The delivery form will be issued once, during the preparation of your parcel.
The return slip will be issued once, during the preparation of your order. We are not able to provide you with another one.
8 Can I cancel a return?
Once your parcel is returned to a ParcelShop we will not be able to cancel your return.
9 Can I return items from multiple orders in one parcel?
Delivery forms are issued per parcel, so you can only return the products listed on the delivery form in the same parcel. Sometimes we send orders in several different parcels, you need to return only the items listed on the delivery form in the same parcel.
10 How do refunds work?
Your refund will be returned to your original method of payment.
11 I have paid using a Gift Card, how will I be refunded?

We aim to refund you within 5 working days of having processed the returned item(s).
