  • • How much is delivery?

    Standard postage and packing costs just £3.99 per order, no matter how large or small or free when you spend £60 or more. BACK TO TOP

  • • Can you tell me about delivery notes, exchanges and returns

    For your convenience we offer a returns service. If your goods are delivered by your local courier, they will collect your return parcel FREE of charge. This is the quickest way to get it back to our warehouse, and it also avoids the long queue at the Post Office. Simply contact your courier using the telephone number on your delivery note or the contact details on your parcel. They will arrange a convenient place and time for them to collect your parcel.

    You can also request a collection by visiting My Account and clicking on "request a return".

    Each parcel contains an up-to-date delivery note, listing items enclosed and explaining if we have been unable to send some of your order. Keep this until you are satisfied with everything. A returns label is also provided attached to your delivery note in case you need to return or exchange an item.

    When returning items please state your reason for returning them, as this will enable us to address any issues immediately.

  • • How do I return an item free?

    Log in or Register with My Account to request a parcel collection.
    What is My Account?
    The easiest way to return a parcel is to call your courier - their direct telephone number is on your delivery note. Your parcel should be collected within 2-5 working days. If you are registered with My Account, log in and click on Collection Request to arrange a collection at a convenient time for you.

    You can also take your return parcel to the Post Office, please see your delivery note for further details.

    With our free exchanges and returns service you have a full 14 days from receipt to make sure you are happy with your items.

  • • How do I return a large item?

    If you have a Credit Account, simply log in to My Account and arrange for us to collect your large item at a time to suit you. We may need to contact you so please ensure your personal details, especially your email address and day time phone numbers, are correct.

  • • Have you received my returns?

    If you gave us your email address when you placed your order we will send you an automatic email to confirm we have received your returned items and credited them to your account. If you have a Credit Account and are registered with My Account, simply log in and check your Returns Received page.
