To save you time when you order, we've taken the time to research children's measurements.
- - measure your child in cm, without shoes.
- - measure the fullest part of the chest.
- - measure around the natural waistline.
- - measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Handy Hints...
There’s no need to order two sizes. Just measure your child's height, chest, waist and hips (as above) and order with the corresponding catalogue size or age.

For maternity wear order your usual size, the extra width is provided in the design.
Children's shoe sizes
When ordering please quote the UK shoe size, which you can easily discover by measuring your child's feet on the handy scale (please see below). Please follow the instructions on the scale carefully to arrive at the correct size - note that room for growth is already built into the sizes, so the measurement you make will correspond to the shoe size that is right for your child now.
We have included the euro measurements on the scale because our shoes are manufactured in those sizes for consistency across the european market. We have carefully converted our shoe sizes so that you can benefit from the convenience of ordering them in the UK sizes with which you are familiar.

Baby shoe sizes
For babies yet to discover the delights of being upright, we know that you often prefer to see the size of bootees, slippers and shoes in terms of your child's age. You'll therefore see this helpful logo on pages with baby bootees, slippers and socks.
