We currently aim to deliver your order within 7-9 working days.

You can freely place your order with no extra costs. Please allow an additional day for delivery (within 8-10 working days).
5 Delivery delay updates
During busier periods for example the sales or Black Friday we do sometimes encounter some delays. But we try our best to get everything with you as soon as possible. You can track your orders in "My Account" > "View My Orders".
6 How can I return unsuitable items and is it free?
We want to make shopping with Vertbaudet hassle-free so we provide a free returns service through myHermes ParcelShops. Return your unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of goods ordered.
Each parcel contains a delivery note listing items enclosed and explaining if we have been unable to send some of your order. Keep this until you are satisfied with everything. Then, if you wish to return any items, just fill in the returns form included in your parcel, stating your reasons for return. This will enable us to address any issues.
Items must be returned in their original condition (clean & unworn) and in their original individual packaging. Once we receive items, we refund the cost of those items using the method you used to pay. The standard delivery charge you paid (if any) will not be refunded but you will not pay return postage.
7 How do I return my parcel using myHermes ParcelShops?
Easy and convenient, myHermes ParcelShops are open 7 days a week, early until late. Simply attach the myHermes ParcelShops returns address label to your parcel and take it to any shop. Find your nearest shop.
7 How long will my return take to be processed?
We aim to refund you as quickly as possible. Once your return has been processed we will send you an email to let you know or alternatively you can check if we have received it by logging into My Account.
7 I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
You can check that your order has been received by logging into your account on My Account > My orders. Please also check in your spam folder, if you still cannot find the order confirmation email you can contact us by Facebook Messenger, or on 02076 603 562 or click here to email us.
