1 When can I expect my order to be delivered?

2 You are shipping from France, do I have to worry about extra charges?

No, they’re on us! You can place your order knowing that the price you see is the price you will pay - no surprises!

3 Do you offer a Click & Collect option?

Yes we do! You can find your nearest shop here.

4 Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

You can freely place your order with no extra costs. Please allow an additional day for delivery.

5 Delivery delay updates

During busier periods for example the sales or Black Friday we do sometimes encounter some delays. But we try our best to get everything with you as soon as possible. You can track your orders in "My Account" > "View My Orders".


11 I have paid using Klarna, how can I contact Customer Support?

7 I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

You can check that your order has been received by logging into your account on My Account > My orders. Please also check in your spam folder, if you still cannot find the order confirmation email you can either contact us by Facebook Messenger, or click here to email us.

7 Is it possible to customise a product?

Our customization service, such as first name embroideries, is currently unavailable.
However, we are working on it. We hope to be able to offer this service soon.
